Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Solutions Architect in the Philippines to design and continually improve end-to-end systems. You will translate Product Team requirements into effective, timely solutions while establishing standardized processes and supporting development through research and documentation.

With 10+ years in software development, you will lead with React Native/ReactJS, GraphQL, MongoDB, SQL, and NodeJS, aligning with Agile practices and DevOps tooling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in software development.
• Strong full-stack capabilities with React Native, ReactJS, GraphQL, MongoDB, SQL, and NodeJS.
• Solid understanding of Agile SDLC and DevOps practices.
• Experience with version control (Git) to coordinate development.
• Knowledge of AuthN/AuthZ (JWT, OAuth).
• Excellent debugging and code review skills.
• Ability to define uniform coding standards.
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud tools (Docker, AWS/Azure/GC).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of cross-functional Agile/SDLC teams to plan and solution systems.
• Contribute to standardized processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers and leaders to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Propose integration-based solutions using prior development experience.
• Ensure timely, effective delivery of solutions and scope management.
• Analyze requirements for completeness, feasibility, and business fit.
• Assist development teams and resolve solution issues.
• Participate in research and design of new systems.
• Continuously improve platforms based on feedback and demand.
• Prepare solution documents and provide technical training to the team.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
