Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians in Taguig or Cebu is seeking dedicated professionals to join our onsite team and contribute to our patient-centered service.

You will handle voice account inquiries with excellent communication and organizational skills, adapt to night shifts, and grow through learning programs. We offer a competitive salary, 13th month pay, HMO for dependents, life insurance, and service incentive leave.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Allied courses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Amenable for a voice account.
• Amenable for a night shift schedule.
• Amenable to work onsite (Taguig/Cebu).

Mansioni

• Provide voice account support to patients and clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure service quality.
