THE ROLE

This role is a productive‑driven position within IGH's Global Delivery strategy and is designed to extend recruiting capacity and support both U.S.-based and international growth initiatives. The Sourcer will partner closely with U.S. Recruiters, the International Nursing team, and Philippine based Operations to ensure a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience aligned with IGH's recruiting framework and shared values. This position will initially support these three primary areas recruiting on healthcare centered openings and is expected to evolve over time as the Philippine Delivery Center scales.
