Job summary

Imagenet is hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Advocate to support provider inquiries on eligibility, claims, payments, and EOBs. The role begins onsite and transitions to remote after training and graduation, with opportunities to work night shifts in a flexible schedule.

The position emphasizes accurate research, documentation, and escalation as needed, with strong focus on KPIs, QA, and compliance throughout the onboarding and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
• At least 4 years of experience in a healthcare contact center or provider services.
• Knowledge of claims, EOBs, appeals, eligibility, benefits, and payments.
• Ability to research and interpret provider information accurately.
• Proficiency with MS Office and online systems; familiarity with Monday.com and AWS Connect preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts and flex schedules as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for providers and billing reps on provider-service inquiries.
• Handle provider interactions via phone, email, fax, web inquiries, and other channels.
• Research and respond to inquiries on eligibility, benefits, claims, payments, EOBs, and appeals.
• Document all interactions in designated systems with accuracy.
• Escalate or transfer issues when outside the authorized scope while owning the interaction.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and service-level KPIs after graduation.
