Cardinal Santos Medical Center in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications leader to develop and execute integrated campaigns for hospital services, and to enhance the organization’s reputation within the healthcare community.

The role oversees content creation, digital marketing, PR collaboration, budgeting, and mentoring a team to deliver impactful campaigns and optimize performance through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the healthcare or medical services industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing effective integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Strong digital marketing expertise, including experience in search engine optimization, social media management, and web content optimization.
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy to support the business objectives and brand positioning.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content, including website updates, social media posts, press releases, and marketing collateral.
• Manage the online presence and digital marketing activities to drive website traffic, increase social media engagement, and improve search engine visibility.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to generate positive media coverage and manage the organization's reputation.
• Coordinate with the advertising and creative teams to produce compelling marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts
• Manage the marketing communications budget and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful delivery of all marketing initiatives
