Job summary

Genfinity in Makati is seeking an organized Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for Author Health's Market Operations Team. You will manage data, reporting, scheduling, and quality reviews to keep day-to-day activities accurate and efficient.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in healthcare operations, experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and BI dashboards (Looker), HIPAA know‑how, and strong Google Workspace and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–2 years in healthcare operations or a related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to navigate data dashboards and BI tools (Looker or similar).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and handling confidential patient information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work Monday to Friday on U.S. Eastern Time; onsite in Makati.
• Must be willing to work in Makati; full-time onsite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor admissions, patient prioritization, and Outreach Liaison (OL) assignments.
• Audit StaySafe/Solo Protect logs and data for accuracy.
• Maintain partner reports and HIPAA-compliant communications.
• Manage HubSpot contacts and territory assignments; support reporting.
• Coordinate scheduling and onboarding for clinics and MDLs.
