Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive in the Philippines to prospect, pitch, and secure new client accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers.

The role partners with Sales Manager to identify market opportunities, conduct product presentations, and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets. Ideal candidates have healthcare sales experience, knowledge of Healthcare Imaging, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Degree in a medical, business, or related field (or equivalent).
• Sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Imaging, particularly Nuclear Medicine, Therapy, and Radiology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region.
• Customer-focused, strategic, and able to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales growth by acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline within the assigned region.
• This role builds lasting client relationships, identifies business opportunities, and supports forecasting, CRM updates, and contract coordination to achieve revenue targets and customer retention.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, target, and reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, and digital sales tools to build a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Client Needs Analysis: Conduct discovery calls and meetings to assess customer requirements, pain points, and business goals to present tailored product or service solutions.
• Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches, product demonstrations, and formal business proposals to potential clients and decision-makers.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing: Manage contract negotiations regarding pricing, deliverables, terms, and conditions to secure profitable agreements and successfully close deals.
• Account & Relationship Management: Maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, foster brand loyalty, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, track customer interactions, and report pipeline status using CRM software to forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales revenue.
• Market & Competitor Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, pricing structures, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and alignment between marketing efforts and sales strategy.
