Job summary

ADEC Innovations is seeking a Business Development Representative to support growth in the healthcare sector. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead research, and qualification, then scheduling meetings for the sales team to drive new business opportunities.

You will maintain accurate prospect data in our CRM, support pipeline development, and contribute to revenue growth through consistent outreach and collaboration with sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS/BA in Marketing and/or Business Administration.
• 3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or similar client-facing role with healthcare exposure.
• Proven experience selling BPO or outsourcing services to decision-makers.
• Exposure to USA and Europe markets and strong LinkedIn SSI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: research healthcare organizations and decision-makers, outbound prospecting via email/phone/LinkedIn, initial lead qualification, follow-up with prospects.
• Pipeline and CRM Support: schedule discovery meetings, maintain records in CRM, track outreach and lead status for reporting.
• Sales and Market Support: identify target accounts, prepare prospecting lists and sales materials, participate in sales meetings and training for better prospecting and healthcare industry understanding.
