We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in support of a U.S. Healthcare client. In this role, you will be responsible for independently executing sales activities, managing assigned leads, and driving revenue growth through strategic outbound outreach. You will play a key role in expanding our client's presence by effectively communicating their value proposition to prospective partners.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR).
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to U.S.-based clients.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make quick, independent decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and communication/collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, RingCentral).
  • Experience in healthcare or staffing solutions is highly preferred.
