Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of Patient Account Representatives, focusing on collections, productivity, quality, and aging.
• Interview candidates and make hiring recommendations; complete monthly quality evaluations; monitor scheduling and time attendance; manage A/R workload and cost.
