MicroSourcing is seeking a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist – AI Operations in Cebu, Philippines. This onsite role, typically performed during the night shift, focuses on monitoring and guiding AI-driven customer interactions in healthcare, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and empathetic patient support.

Responsibilities include reviewing AI outputs, escalating when needed, and assisting with scheduling and insurance updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role.
• Fluent written and spoken English with US-friendly communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn multiple healthcare platforms.
• Full availability to work US business hours (Eastern Time).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review AI-generated calls, messages, and workflows for accuracy and compliance.
• Intervene, correct, or escalate interactions as needed and document findings to improve AI performance.
• Communicate with patients warmly to assist with scheduling and insurance updates.
• Test updated scripts and AI prompts prior to deployment and support client demos.
• Navigate EHR, practice management, CRM, and AI-monitoring platforms to support patient intake and scheduling.
