Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Healthcare AI Operations Specialist to monitor AI-driven patient interactions and support scheduling and insurance updates. You will ensure accuracy, tone, and compliance while escalating when needed. The role requires working onsite in Cebu, with night shifts and US business hours alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role.
• Excellent, fluent spoken and written English with a warm, US-friendly communication style.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow SOPs and escalate issues.
• Tech-savviness to learn and navigate multiple healthcare platforms.
• Full availability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review AI-generated calls, messages, and workflow outcomes for accuracy, tone, compliance, and SOPs.
• Intervene, correct, or escalate interactions when human judgment is needed, documenting findings to improve AI performance.
• Communicate with patients warmly to assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and insurance updates.
• Test updated scripts, prompts, AI-agent behaviors, and workflows before deployment; assist with client demos.
• Navigate EHR, practice management, CRM, and AI-monitoring tools to support patient intake and scheduling.
