Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a BSN or allied medical degree, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills to support member needs in a hospital network environment.

Qualifications

• BSN or medical allied degree required.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel; computer literate.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
• Deliver and render quality healthcare services to members.
• Coordinate delivery of coverage to HMI members in the network of hospitals and facilities.
• Issue OPANs, referrals, and LOA for outpatient and inpatient procedures.
• Check admissions for HMI in various hospitals.
• Monitor patients' progress in the ward and review itemized charges.
• Inform patients about coverage, room limits, and PhilHealth requirements and procedures.
• Assist patients for discharge, compute excess charges, and coordinate with PIC.
• Coordinate with the Physician in Charge (PIC) regarding admissions.
• Call Hospital Operations Department after rounds and report on admissions progress.
• Issue LOA for Out-Patient procedures and In-Patient availments as endorsed by Immediate Head.
• Collect outpatient ledgers and hospital bills from hospitals.
