Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking an implementation-focused Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within a complex business model. You will work with stakeholders to define scope, duration and dependencies, and to develop budgets and forecasts.

The role requires 4+ years of project management experience and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint. PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2nd year college undergraduate or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer
• Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders
• Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
• Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders
• Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document and implement project communication plans
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
