Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking a Wellness Programs Lead to design, implement, and monitor health and wellness initiatives that enhance the employee experience. You will collaborate with HR, Vitality and security teams to create holistic wellbeing programs and partnerships with healthcare providers.

Build strategies to promote work-life balance, manage stress and energy, evaluate programs against EVP, and coordinate campaigns or events to drive healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the current health and wellness culture of the organization against our HLBL and Believe in Better EVP
• Create and Implement customer health and wellness programs for employees
• Collaborate with Group and Vitality teams well rounded wellness approach
• Identify any potential Health hazard within workplace and provide feedback to relevant security and RE teams for improvement
• Work closely with HMO or healthcare providers in providing employees holistic and comprehensive wellness packages (ex: MediCard partnerships, gym, wellness centers etc)
• Create strategies in helping promote work-life balance and stress/energy management
• Collaborate with HR Leaders and PH ExCo/ManCom (As Needed) to develop wellness goals and strategies
• Coordinate and communicate wellness campaigns and events
• Evaluate wellness activities and improve approaches
