Job summary

AIA Philippines is hiring for a claims role focused on assessing and settling insurance claims arising from in-force policies. You will coordinate with internal teams and external solicitors to determine the best course of action for each case.

You will also handle processing of claims documents, respond to inquiries, and may develop or deliver training in claim-related areas across multiple product lines.

About the Role
