Job description

• Assist in the development of the health and safety plans and programs based on site health and safety performance analysis result and in compliance to government regulating bodies requirements and Company system standards
• Conduct health, safety and security related activities like investigation, inspection, surveys, WEM to address Health and safety issues and concerns etc.
• Conduct health, safety and security performance analysis
• Conduct analysis of accident/or incident and identify action plans
• Monitors updates on health, safety and security policy updates from Group and aligns the site
• Conducts orientation and trainings related to health, safety and security
• Ensure that all employees, contractors, visitors and other stakeholders are compliant to the company's H&S standards
• Coordinate with government regulating bodies for permits, certificates, reports etc.
