Job summary

Countrywide Water Services Inc. seeks a Technical Operations and Services Manager to lead its technical services functions, including maintenance, asset management, process engineering, regulatory compliance, and project execution across multiple sites.

The role requires must-have STP operations and desalination systems experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering (preferably licensed), and at least 8 years in facilities operations with 3 in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Environmental, Sanitary, or related field.
• Preferably a licensed Engineer.
• Training in Water and Wastewater Operations, STP, Desalination, Environmental Compliance, Project Management and OSH.
• PCO accreditation is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years in facilities operations with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, and technicians within Technical Services.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and performance of water and wastewater facilities including STP and desalination systems.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs across multiple sites.
• Provide technical oversight on process operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage technical projects and infrastructure upgrades with internal and external teams.
• Ensure environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance, including PCO coordination.
