Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treasury sales strategies aligned with the Bank's treasury and profitability objectives.
• Lead and manage the Treasury Sales Team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, government, institutional, and financial institution clients.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to deepen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with traders and treasury specialists to design and deliver customized treasury solutions.
• Work closely with the trading desk to ensure competitive pricing and efficient trade execution.
• Distribute market updates, insights, and treasury product opportunities to clients.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance, product profitability, and market trends.
• Recommend pricing, volume, and sales strategies to maximize profitability.
• Coach, train, and mentor sales officers to build a client-centric, high-performing sales culture.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
