Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading Sales and Marketing teams or integrated commercial operations.
• Strong experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, consumer products, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Sales Operations and Marketing Operations.
• Translate corporate growth objectives into integrated commercial strategies and operating plans.
• Drive alignment between Sales and Marketing teams for customer, brand, portfolio, and growth strategies.
• Establish clear priorities, accountabilities, timelines, and measurable business outcomes.
• Implement disciplined business reviews, action tracking, escalation, and follow-through.
