The Bistro Group is seeking a General Manager to lead assigned restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards. You will drive sales, profitability, and staff engagement across daily operations.

Responsibilities include coaching the management team, ensuring food safety, and coordinating with support departments to deliver coordinated brand programs. Weekend and shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations with managerial leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, profitable business operations.
• Drive sales, profitability, productivity and other restaurant performance targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales, food cost, labor cost, expenses and KPIs.
• Lead, coach and develop the restaurant management team and employees.
