Product Head – Installment Head (AVP), you will own the end-to-end strategy and performance of Credit Card Installment Loans for the Cards and Loans customer base.
You will work closely with Risk, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data & Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to build, launch, scale, and optimize financial products.
This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond traditional product management and can identify new opportunities, innovative installment constructs, partnerships, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue targets, product strategy, roadmap, and P&L for Credit Card Installment Loans.
- Develop strategies that drive sustainable growth, customer value, and profitability.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of installment products, including origination, refinancing, and portfolio optimization.
- Analyze portfolio performance, including yield, penetration, uptake, cash flows, amortization, and delinquency.
- Lead pricing, product positioning, and campaign planning with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics.
- Identify product enhancements based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive benchmarking.
- Build business cases, forecast product uptake, and optimize unit economics.
- Drive customer adoption, activation, and NPS improvements.
- Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Sales.
- Lead governance reviews and performance discussions with senior management and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with applicable credit card and installment regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Champion process improvements and automation to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion, innovation, and new market models.
- Lead and develop product managers while influencing cross-functional teams.
- Explore opportunities involving embedded finance, merchant acquisition, new installment constructs, and ecosystem partnerships.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Proven experience leading consumer lending or credit card-related products.
- Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and P&L.
- Proven ability to ship and scale digital financial products.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and business case development skills.
- Experience forecasting product uptake and optimizing unit economics.
- Strong customer-centric product mindset, including improving adoption, activation, and NPS.
- Experience leading product managers.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Technology, Design, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of applicable local banking regulations for credit cards and installment products.
- Strong execution capability - able to translate strategy into actionable product briefs and priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to work in Quezon City in a hybrid setup and day shift schedule.
Good-to-Have
- Payments, BNPL, or Fintech experience.
- Experience with installment-based fintech products, e-commerce checkout financing, or merchant ecosystems.
- Technical aptitude covering APIs, basic system architecture, and sprint methodologies.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and challenging technical assumptions.
- Experience developing new installment constructs, merchant acquisition models, or embedded finance partnerships.
- Commercial and partnership experience involving merchants, acquirers, payment gateways, or ecosystem partners.
- Understanding of MDR, discounting, and profitability structures in EMI programs.
- Exposure to cross-sell initiatives.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Product Owner certification.
- Analytics certifications such as Google Data Analytics or SQL.
- MBA or equivalent.
