Job summary

Share Pro Inc. in Metro Manila seeks Head of Project Management & Construction Management (PMCM) – Hotels to lead technical services for hotel developments across its portfolio.

You will oversee end-to-end lifecycle from pre-development to handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, quality, safety, and compliance with brand standards. This leadership role requires deep experience in hospitality projects, team mentorship, procurement, and strategic coordination with Hotel Business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with hospitality focus.
• 15–20 years of experience in construction project management.
• Deep knowledge of hotel operations, MEP systems, and FF&E/OS&E procurement.
• Proficiency with scheduling and cost-management software.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic PMCM leadership and technical direction for hospitality projects.
• Mentor and direct Senior PMs, Construction Managers, and MEPF PMCM.
• Oversee pre-development design reviews and value engineering without compromising quality.
• Direct procurement, tendering, and contractor performance management.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC, schedule controls, and timely reporting.
