Hadley Designs is a fast-growing, family-founded brand redefining early education with hand-drawn, screen-free tools. We seek a Head of People Systems and Contractor Operations to build scalable talent systems that attract, develop, and retain top talent while supporting growth.

You will partner with leadership to design organizational structures, capacity planning, performance frameworks, and partnerships with external providers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations or HR leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proven ability to build scalable systems that attract and retain talent.
• Strong experience working with distributed and remote teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Growth mindset with collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable people systems aligned with growth objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Develop capacity planning and organizational design to meet evolving needs.
• Establish performance, evaluation, and development frameworks.
• Drive talent experience and retention initiatives across the company.
• Provide data-driven workforce insights to guide decision-making.
• Manage external partnerships to support people operations.
