Responsibilities

• Launch and operate the offshore engineering delivery center in the Philippines.
• Partner with U.S. operations on ramp, capacity, milestones.
• Hire, train, and retain OSP Designers, Engineers, and leads.
• Oversee delivery quality, throughput, program compliance for FTTH.
• Manage offshore risks and ramp bottlenecks.
• Provide KPI-based executive reporting on readiness and risk.
• Scale capability to serve multiple telecom providers.
