We are looking for an experienced Head of Merchandising to lead the commercial and merchandising performance. The role owns the full merchandising cycle, from business planning, buying and assortment strategy to pricing, inventory management and sales performance. This is a senior commercial role for someone who can look beyond individual buying trips or brands and manage the merchandise portfolio as a business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the sales, gross margin, inventory and purchase budget.
• Lead buying decisions based on customer demand, historical performance and market opportunities.
• Manage pricing, promotions, markdowns and inventory productivity.
• Monitor sales and stock performance and act on slow sellers, stock-outs and excess inventory.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven experience leading a merchandising or buying team.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier-management capability.
• Able to balance product instinct with commercial discipline.
• Comfortable operating at a senior management level and making decisions independently.
