You will plan and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and inventory; lead a team of drivers and warehouse staff; enforce safety and regulatory compliance; and report performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze supply chain processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Experience leading a logistics team.
• Knowledge of local and national transportation regulations.
• Ability to prepare reports and present to senior management.
• Familiar with safety protocols and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics activities including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Analyze supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee inventory levels and supervise warehouse operations for accurate handling.
• Lead the logistics team, providing training and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and maintain safety protocols.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics to management.
• Foster a positive work environment and develop staff within the Logistics Department.
• Identify and manage risks to operations and assets, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Work arrangement: full-time with office base and site visits.
• Track KPIs like on-time delivery, costs, and accuracy.
