Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• At least 5 years of progressive product management experience within banking/financial services.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing product strategies.
• Experience with product lifecycle management from evaluation to performance.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
• Understanding of lending, risk management, credit operations, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute loan product strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market penetration.
• Oversee evaluation, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of loan products.
• Establish KPIs for loan volume growth, customer acquisition, and product usage.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking for pricing, positioning, and enhancements.
• Coordinate with Lending, Credit, Operations, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, officers, and analysts.
