Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a strategic Network Master Planner to design a 3-year integrated service master plan for BB and B2B, aligning with the company’s CX, revenue and EBIT objectives. The role involves end-to-end CAPEX prioritization and master plan governance to ensure a scalable, resilient, secure and efficient network.

The position requires collaboration with Service Owners, executives and key stakeholders to secure approvals and steer network architecture in line with IT and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in network planning and CAPEX management.
• Experience collaborating with executives and service owners.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of an integrated master plan for Broadband and B2B services.
• Collaborates with executives to align master plan with Globe strategies.
• Secures approval and manages CAPEX at NTG level with prioritization.
• Leads end-to-end network architecture development for future growth.
• Ensures network is scalable, cost-efficient, secure and compliant.
