Job summary

• Formulate sales strategies and monitor performance for accounts and agents.

• Monitor servicing levels and support sales teams as needed.
• Develop and maintain key account relationships to gain competitive advantage.
• Develop and monitor annual brand sales forecasts and sales estimates.
• Direct sales and distribution activities and adjust as needed.
• Forecast orders, depletion, and stock levels to hit targets.
• Coordinate with pricing management and logistics for supply chain effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing on sales and trade marketing activities.
• Work with finance to improve the company’s financial position through better collections and inventory management.
