Job summary

Merck Group in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A across the hub. You will report to the Country Hub leader and Global FP&A, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analyses.

You will manage a large FP&A team, develop financial models, and partner with stakeholders across the US, Europe, and APAC to enable informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• CPA/CMA with 15+ years of experience in finance, incl. 8+ years FP&A/Controlling.
• Experience leading a 50+ member team for at least 5 years.
• Global stakeholder management across US, Europe, and APAC.
• Fluent in English; financial analytics and modeling experience preferred.
• Experience in complex matrix organizations in multinational corporations.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A delivery and ensure budget planning, forecasting, and decision support.
• Present business cases and drive process improvements in a global matrix setup.
• Manage L2 and executive escalations and steer cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with Country Hub and Global FP&A leaders to enable data-driven decisions.
