Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Plant Operations Head to lead multiple manufacturing facilities in Pasig. The role drives production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance to achieve operational excellence and cost efficiency in a high-volume food environment.

Candidates should have 20–25+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, with strong GMP, HACCP, and regulatory knowledge, plus a track record of cross-functional team leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience in large-scale, high-volume production settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations across production, engineering, quality, warehouse, and maintenance functions.
• Drive KPIs for efficiency, output, waste reduction, downtime, and service levels.
• Lead planning and execution to meet production demand and growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost productivity and performance.
