Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a DATA PLATFORMS HEAD to define and execute the enterprise data roadmap. You will lead the data warehouse, platform engineering, and data visualization teams to deliver scalable, reliable data platforms and a single customer view across the bank.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, deep data architecture knowledge, and a proven ability to align data initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Visualization, and Customer 360.
• Strong background in data policies, controls and governance.
• Experience leading data modernization and enterprise data platforms.
• Proactive people leadership with 15+ years of experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive strategic alignment between roadmap and industry trends.
• Experience delivering reporting/analytics data and RM2-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data platform design, roadmap and operations.
• Lead data warehousing, platform engineering and data enablement teams.
• Oversee data visualization, dashboards, and governance of performance metrics.
• Manage Customer Information System (CIS) and other platforms to deliver single customer view.
• Control budget for the division and ensure compliant data management.
