• Resolve complex employee concerns and oversee investigations to uphold due process and regulatory compliance under the Philippine Labor Code.
• Develop and implement ER policies, risk mitigation plans, and training for the ER team.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and Operations to align workforce practices with business goals and operational needs.
