Job summary

Drake International Singapore seeks a senior dealing leader to oversee daily dealing activities for investment products on the company’s digital trading platform in the Philippines. You will ensure accurate, timely client order execution, maintain MAS- and exchange-compliant processes, guide a high-performing team, and report on trading performance and risk to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or mathematics.
CFA, CMFAS, or similar qualifications are advantageous.
Minimum 10 years in brokerage, capital markets, wealth management, or related sectors.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership or supervisory dealing role.
Strong knowledge of brokerage operations, securities trading, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with institutional clients and online brokerage platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily dealing activities across investment products on the digital trading platform.
Ensure accurate, timely execution of client orders with high service standards.
Maintain compliance with MAS regulations, exchange rules, and internal policies.
Foster relationships with exchanges, brokers, market counterparties, and external stakeholders.
Provide regular management reports on trading performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
