Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital asset or financial trading
• 5+ years in senior trading team management
• Strong leadership and risk control capabilities
• Experience with global regulatory requirements (FATF, MiCA)

Responsibilities

• Formulate long-term and short-term trading strategies and OKRs; decompose goals to teams
• Oversee daily trading operations: order matching, settlement, reconciliation
• Manage liquidity; optimize allocation with providers
• Establish and improve trading operation processes and standards
• Coordinate with tech to optimize trading system performance and security
• Ensure compliance with global regulations and risk control policies
