Position Title: Head of Data Platform and Governance
Division: Information Technology
Work Location: Makati City (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Compressed work week Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Salary Range: PHP 150,000 to 240,000 per month

Role Overview

The Head of Data Platform and Governance will be responsible for shaping and managing the organizations data ecosystem. This includes establishing strong data foundations, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information, and embedding governance principles across teams. The position is highly strategic, playing a critical role in enabling a data-driven culture and supporting key business decisions through reliable, well-managed data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, testing, and deployment of data pipelines, integrations, and database structures to maintain accuracy and reliability of information.
• Manage and resolve issues related to data warehouse and platform operations.
• Design and roll out a comprehensive data governance framework, including policies and procedures for security, quality, and compliance.
• Align data strategies with overall business objectives and oversee the execution of scalable, enterprise-grade data solutions.
• Drive the delivery of data-related initiatives and programs to meet timelines, budget, and performance standards.
• Promote organization-wide data ownership and encourage the responsible use of data for business intelligence and reporting.
• Oversee the performance, security, and compliance of the organizations data platform.
• Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to define and implement the data strategy and monitor project milestones.
• Provide support to business teams on data extraction, analytics, and reporting requirements.

• At least 10 years of combined experience in IT, data analytics, or data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Solid background in data governance, quality assurance, and enterprise data platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics and visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and architectural problem‑solving skills.
