ADVANCE.AI is seeking a strategic Head of D2C to lead the end-to-end consumer business in the Philippines. You will own growth, commercial strategy, product commercialization, and operations, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Data, Technology, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities include launching and scaling the consumer business, defining GTM, partnerships, pricing, monetization, and ensuring profitable growth across channels. The role may expand regionally as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in D2C, consumer internet, fintech, or digital financial services.
• At least 5 years in P&L ownership or business unit leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own D2C P&L, growth strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
• Define and implement the D2C commercial strategy for the Philippines.
• Lead the launch and growth of the consumer business in the PH with scalable operating models.
