Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a senior IT Delivery Lead for the Information Technology Group in Makati. You will ensure delivery, stability, availability, and ongoing performance of Branch Banking Applications, translating business roadmaps into actionable technology initiatives with clear ownership.

You will enforce SDLC controls, security, audits, and production readiness while building a capable team and managing vendor relationships, escalations, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field is required.
• Postgraduate degree or executive education in technology, digital transformation, banking, or management is an advantage.
• Experience in large technology units and delivery portfolios is required.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery, stability, availability, support readiness, and performance of Branch Banking Applications and platforms.
• Translate business priorities into executable technology initiatives with clear ownership and stakeholder engagement.
• Enforce SDLC, architecture standards, security requirements, audit controls, regulatory obligations, and production readiness processes.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization with staffing, competency development, and vendor oversight.
• Manage escalations with risk mitigation and executive communication.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology / engineering / information systems / business technology

Postgraduate degree or executive education in technology / digital transformation / banking or management
