Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Senior IT Delivery leader to own the delivery, stability, and ongoing performance of consumer banking applications and platforms. You will translate priorities into executable technology initiatives with clear ownership and stakeholder engagement.

You will enforce SDLC, security, regulatory controls, and production readiness, while leading staffing, vendors, and cross-functional coordination for reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of application delivery experience in financial services.
• 10+ years in consumer banking domains such as lending, deposits, cards.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Accountability to ITG for delivery quality, health, and L3 support readiness of consumer banking applications.
• Coordinate across ITG teams to enable seamless delivery and governance.
• Enforce IT SDLC, architecture governance, security, data privacy, and production readiness.
• Manage staffing, vendors, and senior managment escalations with clear ownership.
• Drive operational efficiency, reduce technical debt, and improve service quality.
