We are looking for Head of AI transformation & Enablement to lead the enterprise-wide adoption and scaling of AI. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, governance, and value realization, ensuring AI delivers tangible, measurable impact across all business units.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI, data or digital transformation initiatives in large organizations.
• Strong technical grounding in AI, data or advanced analytics.
• Experience in cross-functional environments (Business, Technology, Risk, Operations).
• Ability to translate AI into practical, business-facing solutions.
• Postgraduate degree in a quantitative or technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and adoption of AI across business units, embedding AI into core workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Develop and scale practical, high impact AI use cases and workflows that are reusable and deployable.
• Define and institutionalize standards for prompt engineering, workflow design, and AI usage.
• Embed responsible AI principles and partner with Risk and Compliance for safe, ethical AI use.
• Drive initiatives to build awareness, capability, and engagement, measuring adoption and impact.

We are looking for Head of AI transformation & Enablement to lead the enterprise-wide adoption and scaling of AI. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, governance, and value realization, ensuring AI delivers tangible, measurable impact across all business units. This role is best suited to someone who has built their career in technology and is now moving into a business-facing transformation mandate.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Enterprise AI adoption & Transformation

• Lead the rollout and adoption of AI across business units, embedding AI into core workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.

Build & Scale AI Use Cases

• Develop and scale practical, high impact AI use cases and workflows that are reusable, tested and deployable across the organization.

Establish AI standards and Practices

• Define and institutionalize standards for prompt engineering, workflow design, and AI usage to ensure consistency, quality and reliability.

Build & Scale AI Use Cases

• Develop and scale practical, high impact AI cases and workflows that are reusable, tested, and deployable across the organization.

Ensure Responsible AI & Governance

• Embed responsible AI principles and partner with Risk and Compliance to ensure safe, ethical and regulated use of AI across the bank.

Drive Adoption & Culture Change

• Lead initiatives to build awareness, capability, and engagement, fostering a culture of responsible AI experimentation and learning.
• Measure adoption and business impact, continuously refining workflows, tools and strategies to maximize value.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience leading AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives in large organizations.
• Strong technical grounding in AI, data, or advanced analytics, built through a prior career in a technology, data science, or engineering function.
• Strong understanding of AI enablement, adoption, and workflow integration
• Experience working in cross-functional environments (Business, Technology, Risk, Operations)
• Ability to translate AI into practical, business-facing solutions
• Postgraduate degree in a quantitative or technical field (Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or similar) preferred.
