Job summary

TOP Logistics International Corporation oversees the company’s accounting operations, treasury and cash flow management, financial reporting, payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance. You will lead the accounting team and ensure timely, accurate results.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, proficiency in accounting software and Excel, and a track record of compliant financial practices to support growth in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of increasing accounting experience, including supervision.
• Experience handling government statutory compliance and remittances.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze revenues, expenditures, profitability, and budget variances.
• Prepare monthly Production Reports, Profit & Loss vs. Budget, Operating Expense Schedules, and Salary & Wages Schedules.
• Prepare weekly collection reports and review sales reports.
• Monitor aging of receivables and reconcile customer accounts.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
• Review filing and payment of BIR tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting team.
