• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Supervise and guide the Accounting team in completing assigned tasks.
• Review financial statements, reports, and accounting transactions.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and tax-related documents.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with other departments, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and financial issues.
• Implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
