Role Description

The Head Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Valenzuela City. This role oversees daily dispatch operations, including assigning personnel to client sites, scheduling shifts, and coordinating transportation and logistics for manpower deployment. The Head Dispatcher monitors job orders, tracks attendance, and ensures timely response to client requests and operational issues. The role includes maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, and communicating with clients, supervisors, and staff to resolve concerns and optimize staffing. The Head Dispatcher also helps improve dispatch procedures, supports compliance with company policies, and contributes to a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and organizational skills, with experience in scheduling, dispatching, or workforce allocation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, supervisors, and frontline personnel.
• Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, dispatch or scheduling tools) and accurate record-keeping.
