As a Hapsay Linya Project Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and clearing of backlog activities on secondary line facilities arising from increased trouble calls linked to connection points installed during the previous Odette restoration.
You will assist in the immediate prioritization and execution of critical maintenance works, particularly those involving safety‑related concerns, to ensure timely resolution of network issues. This role involves coordinating and implementing activities within a defined project scope and timeframe, helping to mobilize necessary resources and personnel to address the backlog, enhance system safety, and restore reliable and stable service operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the replacement, repair, and maintenance of overhead secondary line facilities, including compatible units of our electric utility poles and associated customer service wires.
- Support field implementation of Hapsay Linya maintenance activities within the Visayan Electric franchise area, including Liloan, Consolacion, Mandaue, Cebu, Talisay, Minglanilla, Naga, and San Fernando.
- Coordinate on‑site activities under the direct supervision of the assigned organic supervisor/foreman within the Distribution Services Department to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of all maintenance works.

Education & Experience
- Senior High School graduate or a graduate of any electrical vocational course (preferred).
- Preferably with Professional Driver’s License.
- Preferably with TESDA accreditation/certification.
Technical / Functional Skills
- Basic knowledge of overhead distribution line systems and electrical field works.
- Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings, line plans, or work instructions.
- Familiar with safe field practices for construction, maintenance, or uprating of power lines.
- Ability to follow technical specifications and assist in line upgrading and replacement activities.
