Job summary

AB Composites Engineering Services in Metro Manila is seeking an all-around handyman to handle general repairs, carpentry, drywall/partition work, tiling, painting, and plumbing in occupied or vacant units. You will work on-site across condo locations in Metro Manila, with a monthly salary of ₱23,000–₱26,000 depending on experience.

The role is full-time and permanent, with government benefits included. Candidates should be honest, reliable, able to work independently with minimal supervision,

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in residential construction, condo fit-outs, or hotel/property maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in structural carpentry and drywall/partition installation.
• Solid troubleshooting skills in residential plumbing systems.
• Excellent painting and finishing skills with clean lines.

Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman repairs in occupied or vacant units.
• Erect interior wall frames and install gypsum, fiber cement, or plywood boards for room divisions.
• Patch, sand, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, and trim to a high-quality finish.
• Install doors, window frames, baseboards, moldings, cabinetry, and open shelving.
• Repair or install floor tiles and transition strips as needed.
• Inspect, repair, or replace leaky pipes and plumbing fixtures; clear minor clogs.
• Assist with housekeeping duties when no maintenance work is required.

Job description

We need an all around handyman!

General Handyman Repairs: Troubleshoot and fix wear-and-tear issues in occupied or vacant units (e.g., loose cabinet hinges, door locks, caulking, and minor caulking/sealing touch-ups).

Wall Partitioning & Framing: Erect interior wall frames (wood and light metal furring) and install gypsum, fiber cement, or plywood boards for room divisions.

Surface Preparation & Painting: Patch, sand, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, and trim to a high-quality, professional finish.

Carpentry & Fixture Installation: Install doors, window frames, baseboards, moldings, cabinetry, and open shelving units.

Minor Tiling & Flooring: Repair or install floor tiles, laminated flooring, and transition strips where needed.

Plumbing Maintenance: Inspect, repair, or replace leaky pipes, faucets, flush mechanisms, showerheads, and drainage systems. Clear minor clogs and maintain water heaters.

When there is no maintenance work required, you will need to assist with housekeeping/cleaning which involves changing beddings, vacuuming, wiping and mopping.

Job Qualifications & Skills

Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven experience in residential construction, condo fit-outs, or hotel/property maintenance.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in structural carpentry and drywall/partition installation (TESDA Carpentry NC II / NC III is a major plus).

Solid troubleshooting skills in residential plumbing systems.

Excellent painting and finishing skills (clean lines, smooth mudding/taping).

Attributes:

High attention to detail- ensuring renovations look premium and seamless.

Honest, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication skills for coordinating updates.

Logistics: Willing to work on-site across different condo locations in Metro Manila.
