Job summary

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, coat, and finish internal and external surfaces of residential, commercial, and automotive structures and vehicles.

• Apply appropriate coatings to protect surfaces against wear and environmental factors.

• Ensure that finished surfaces meet the required aesthetic and quality standards.

• Mix and match paints, primers, stains, and clear coats according to precise color codes, visual targets, or client specifications.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma, ALS or vocational graduate

• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial painting or auto body repair shops.

• Practical skill operating HVLP spray guns, airless sprayers, dual-action sanders, pressure washers, and manual hand tools.

• Solid understanding of surface prep, paint viscosity, coat drying/curing times, primers, clear coats, thinners and body fillers (masilya).

• Sharp visual acuity for precise color mixing, panel blending and surface flaw detection.
