Job summary

PACIFIC ROADLINK LOGISTICS INCORPORATION is seeking an entry-level Helper Mechanic for heavy and light trucks in Angat, Bulacan. You will learn hands-on maintenance under experienced technicians to build core skills in a fast-paced fleet environment.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability as you assist with repairs, preventative care, tire work, and fleet rescues on road or in the shop. A TESDA NC II and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational equivalent.
• TESDA NC II in Automotive or Heavy Equipment Servicing.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 60–75 lbs.
• Willingness to learn, reliability, teamwork, and safety adherence (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs by helping senior mechanics remove and install parts.
• Manage tools, diagnostics, and materials; keep the shop organized and safe.
• Assist with tire and wheel maintenance, heavy labor for removal, replacement, and rotation.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance under supervision (oil, filters, fluids).
• Support fleet emergencies with on-road troubleshooting and quick field repairs.
