Job summary

Motolite offers a hands-on OJT opportunity within the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics teams. Trainees will contribute to data-driven solutions for monitoring, reporting, and decision-making, with assignments spanning BI, analytics, data engineering, business analysis, or application development based on educational background.

Responsibilities include data preparation, dashboard creation, ETL support, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in IT, CS, IS, Data Science, or related program.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Python, web development, databases is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively with different teams.
• Able to complete assigned tasks and documentation within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, validating, and organizing data from various sources.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Assist in performing exploratory data analysis and identifying trends, patterns, and data-quality issues.
• Support the development of ETL processes, data pipelines, and automated data-processing workflows.
• Assist in preparing datasets and data models for reporting and analytics.
• Participate in requirements gathering and documentation of business processes and user requirements.
• Support the development and testing of web applications, analytics tools, and internal systems.
• Perform system, data, and user acceptance testing and document identified issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, process flows, user guides, and project updates.
• Coordinate with team members and process owners in completing assigned projects and deliverables.
• Perform other data, analytics, or application-development activities assigned by the supervisor.
