Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a QC Inspector with a strong Halal background to support quality control, food safety, and production inspection in a manufacturing setting. The role involves examining deliveries, raw materials, in-process checks, and final products to ensure compliance with Halal, GMP, HACCP, and HAS standards.

Candidates should have a BS in Food Technology or related science and be willing to work in a manufacturing environment with shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Halal compliance is required.
• Applicants may be Fresh graduates or college-level with related manufacturing or quality control experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect delivery vehicles for quality, sanitation, and food safety requirements.
• Perform sampling and inspection of incoming packaging materials and other materials.
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify product specifications, packaging quality, weight, and production compliance.
• Calibrate weighing scales and other measuring equipment.
• Carry out Vitamin A fortification and other quality control processes per procedures.
• Inspect finished products before packing and identify non-conforming materials and products.
• Monitor product traceability and proper handling throughout production.
• Coordinate with Production and Warehouse to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
